Part A for people that pay a premium is $451 monthly

Part A Late Enrollment +10%

Part B monthly premium $99.50 for high incomes

Single 85000 to 170000 = standard premium + $40

Married 170000 to 214000 = standard premium = $40

Single 107000 to 160000 = standard premium = 99.90

Married 214000 to 320000 = standrad premium = 99.90

Individuals up to 160000 to 214000 = stadard premium + 159.9

Married 320000 to 428000 = standard premium + 159.90

Individuals above 214000 = standard premium + 219.80

Married 428000 and above = standard premium + 219.80

Part C Premiums will vary by what plan is chossen

Part D Premiums will vary depending on what plan is chossen, but a

penalty wil be imposed for each month after eligbility of 1% per, this penaly will be added to plan premium if taken in the future.

If credible coverage is available and can be documented then penalty will be removed
